FAQs
How do Subscriptions work?
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive a repeat delivery of your order once a month, around the same date each month. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. By subscribing to at least 2 bags a month, you’ll get a discount, with shipping all included in the price.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes, just log in to your account and select cancel or you can pause your subscription for a month. Any problems, please email us on shop@braziercoffeeroasters.co.uk
Can I change my address?
Yes, just log in to your account and update your shipping address
How do your gift subscriptions work? Do you have something I can give them?
Yes! When you purchase a gift subscription, we’ll email you a gift voucher that you can print out to give to the recipient, or email directly to them. You will also be able to select the date of their first delivery dispatch, and write a note that will be included with their first delivery.
I'd like to change the amount of coffee delivered to me, is this possible?
It sure is! Select the subscription you want to edit and, on the next page, click the EDIT button next to 'Subscription Details'. Here, you’ll be able to edit your coffee volume. (You can also change your grind preferences here).
I've run out of coffee early, can I get my next delivery sooner?
You can. Simply login and request your next delivery earlier and payment is sorted at the same time.
When will I receive my coffee?
We roast and dispatch daily on a Monday through to Thursday. If you place your order on Thursday, Friday or on the weekend, this will be posted on Monday.
How shall I dispose of my empty packaging?
All outer packaging is fully recyclable. We’re working hard with our suppliers to secure a new coffee bag that is fully recyclable, this should be in place by Summer 2025.
I bought a gift card, what happens now? Can it be used in the cafe?
You’ll have received a PDF gift card with a unique code- just forward this on to your lucky recipient or print the PDF out for them. This can be redeemed on our website or handed over to our staff for use in our café.
Do you ship to the EU or worldwide?
We don’t currently ship outside of the UK.
Can I choose which coffee I get?
You can choose to subscribe and save to any of our flagship blends, our decaf and organic coffees or our capsules. If you’d like to try something new each month, then select our Coffee of the Month subscription.
How long does the coffee last?
The coffee is at its absolute best in the first two weeks but will taste great for up to 4 months.
What's a good all rounder coffee?
Altitude Blend is a real crowd pleaser.
I'd like a strong coffee, what's best for me?
I'd suggest Mill Town Blend, this smooth but full bodied blend will give you the kick you're after.
Do you do organic coffee?
We achieved organic certification in 2022, so our Organic coffee is fully certified right through the supply chain. Depending on harvest cycles, this is either a Honduran or Peruvian coffee.
Do you do decaf coffee?
Yes, all our decaf coffee is Swiss Water Processed meaning that no chemicals are added to the natural coffee and the flavour is preserved.
What are your shipping charges?
Orders over £25 are shipped free. Our standard delivery is with Royal Mail 48 with tracking. All regular subscriptions that are 2 bags or more include the cost of shipping. Single bags of coffee will incur our standard delivery fee of £3.49
My package has arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible on info@braziercoffeeroasters.co.uk with details and we’ll get a replacement out to you asap or issue you with a refund if you prefer.
