About This Coffee
Jose Omar Rodriguez, founder and general manager of the Capucas Cooperative in Honduras, has been pioneering organic coffee production since 1999. Omar’s commitment to quality is evident in every step of the process; from carefully hand-picking ripe cherries, to washing them in pure water from Celaque Mountain, and finally drying them in state-of-the-art solar dryers. Once these organic beans arrive at our coffee roastery in Somerset, we lightly roast them to enhance their unique flavor profile.
