About This Coffee
Our master roasters in Somerset artfully combine Brazilian, Rwandan, and Ethiopian single-origin coffees to create a profile that showcases the best flavours from each origin country. The high proportion of natural-processed beans creates its characteristic boozy qualities, while our lighter roast style preserves the blend's crisp acidity and inherent sweetness.
To ensure optimal freshness and flavour we always use the most recent harvests and adjust the blend throughout the year. Each small batch is meticulously roasted for 15 minutes to a drop temperature of 206°C which creates a consistently delicious premium flavour.
